Write to us. We read everything that comes in and reply by email, usually within one or two business days. Reach out if you run a cause and want to open your page, if you donated and have a question about a monthly charge, if you're press, or if you found a bug.

Form

The form lives at dona.me/en/contact. We ask for your name, an email to reply to, the topic (cause, donor, press or other) and your message. We use your email only to answer you. We never sell it or use it for ads.

What you can ask us

• Help creating or publishing the page for your nonprofit, collective or project.
• Donor questions about a receipt, a monthly charge, a cancellation or a payment method.
• Press questions about the product, the open source code or how causes sustain themselves on Doname.
• Reports of abuse, doubtful pages or privacy concerns. We take them seriously: in donations, trust is the product.

Doname operates from Mexico. We don't have a phone line: email and the form are the channel. Typical response: one or two business days.
